Dear Patients

It has been my pleasure to serve the patients at Hillbank Health Centre for the past 32 yrs as a family GP.  I have had the privilege of meeting many people and developing lifelong friendships with may patients and believe now is the time for me to retire.

The doctors have been trying very hard to secure the services of a replacement doctor however due to the current lack of GP's they have so far been unsuccessful.

My retirement date is 24th December 2018.

With Best Wishes,

Dr David Proudfoot MBChB

Ordering your prescription on-line has now become easier and safer!  please see the online services link above and download a registration form now to get started.  You can still order on our website as before but this will be phased out.

Should I see the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner?  Nurse Practitioners are highly trained specialist nurses who have completed further education and training so that they can provide advanced nursing care and prescribe medication.  They can provide treatment and advice for many of the problems that traditionally you saw your Dr about in the past.  If you are unsure if they can deal with your problem please ask at Reception.
