Coronavirus Information and Updates

Coronavirus Update:

  • Covid Vaccination Status:  Please Visit https://www.nhsinform.scot/covid19status where you can view your status. Your vaccination status can be used to confirm that you have received a dose of the coronavirus vaccine and might be required when you are travelling internationally. There are international plans to issue coronavirus COVID Status Certificates for travel in future, however, nothing has been agreed yet.

  • Coronavirus Vaccine Self Registration: The registration portal for registering for a Covid Vaccine is now live. If you are over 18 and are still due to receive your first Covid Vaccine, you can click on the following link to register and receive an appointment

    https://www.nhsinform.scot/covid-19-vaccine/invitations-and-appointments/registering-for-a-coronavirus-vaccine

  • Pregnancy and Covid Vaccines: The Joint committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) has advised that all pregnant women should be offered the COVID-19 vaccine at the same time as people of the same age or risk group. The COVID-19 vaccine can be given at any stage during pregnancy. The COVID-19 Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are the preferred vaccines for women of any age, because of more extensive use in pregnancy.
